Short and specific to this website — enquiries, estimates and the newsletter. Not legal advice, and not a claim of any certification we have not earned.
When you use the enquiry form, cost estimator or newsletter, we may collect your name, email, phone number, plot or project notes, and the estimate inputs you choose (area, floors, package). We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a more detailed estimate or BOQ discussion, send the newsletter if you asked for it, and improve how the studio follows up. We do not sell your details to third parties.
Enquiry data is stored in our project systems (including our hosting and database providers) so the VRA Homes team can follow up. Access is limited to people who need it to run the studio.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to complete a conversation or a project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to update or delete your details.
You may email vishnu@vishnuramassociates.info to access, correct or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter. We will handle requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies to us.
This notice describes the public website only. A construction contract, if we work together, will have its own terms. We may update this page when our practices change.
